The house's open spaces are well thought out and furnished to make the best use of inside and outside. Perfect for socializing, with an open kitchen where you can cook with a fantastic view. At the same time, the rest of the party can relax in the armchairs in front of the fireplace or enjoy the view of the lake. The house has a large terrace with a slide and lots of space to be outside, where you can enjoy a breakfast with a view of the beautiful beach and pier. Use the house's sauna before taking a dip in the lake from the jetty, or after a day on the ski slope, and enjoy the tranquility with the forest and the lake as your neighbour. The house works just as well for friends or couples traveling together as for families. For even larger travel groups, cabin 08285 is the closest to rent, approx. 30m away. The house has its own beach and you share a jetty with cottage 08285. The house has four spacious bedrooms. Two with double beds, one of which faces the lake with a large window and a view of the lake. Both double rooms have their own exit to the balcony via a balcony door. One with two single beds and one with a family bunk bed, 120+90. Large open kitchen with lounge area and dining area as well as another living area, for example if adults and children want to do different things after the meal, there is plenty of room for all wishes here. Only about 600 meters away is Påarp's farm, which has a restaurant, café, canoe rental and football golf. You only have 55km to High Chaparral, or 110km to Liseberg. If you like shopping, it's a little over 40km to Gekås in Ullared. If you want more physical activities in both summer and winter, Isaberg Mountain Resort is 46 km away. Es bleibt dem Kunden unbenommen, den Nachweis zu führen, dass im Zusammenhang mit dem Rücktritt oder Nichtantritt des Ferienhausaufenthaltes DC kein oder ein wesentlich geringerer Schaden entstanden ist, als die von DC in der Pauschale (siehe unten) ausgewiesenen Kosten. Die pauschalierten Ansprüche auf Rücktrittsgebühren betragen in der Regel bei Rücktritt des Kunden:
Bis zum 60. Tag vor der Anreise 25 % des Preises, mindestens jedoch EUR 65,00.
Ab dem 59. bis 35. Tag vor der Anreise 50 % des Preises, mindestens jedoch EUR 65,00.
Ab dem 34. Tag bis zum 1. Tag vor der Anreise 80 % des Preises.
Am Anreisetag oder bei Nichterscheinen 100 % des Preises.
