Description

This lovely holiday home is located in the town of Theux Ardennes, also known as Ardennes Bleue as you will see the waters unfold everywhere. The exciting town of Spa is a 15-minute drive away. Ideal house for a weekend or a trip with the family in one of the most central locations of the Blue Ardennes. Everything is very close to enjoy in less than half an hour.

Bobeline Spa is where you can relax and they serve the very surprising small and large dishes and desserts here in a very surprising way. Do make sure to enjoy the thermal baths of Spa, the only real origin in the world discovered by the Romans.

This pet-friendly home allows pets at a nominal fee and has a barbecue, private and furnished garden which makes it suited for outdoor gatherings. A roofed terrace is an added bonus. The beautiful garden with front and rear sun all day long or enjoy the beautiful salon and the large windows let in ample sunlight. In September 2022, the house was provided with neat paintwork and brand new mattresses in all bedrooms.

Liege Airport is 40 km away.

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt in diesem gemütlichen Ferienhaus in Theux.

Bei der Ankunft wurden wir vom Eigentümer herzlich mit einem schönen Geschenk und vielen nützlichen Informationen über lokale Aktivitäten begrüßt.
Der Besitzer ist sehr hilfsbereit und immer für Fragen erreichbar. Er hat auch auf unsere Tipps gehört und bereits einige Änderungen vorgenommen!

Die ruhige Gegend in der Nähe von Spa und Remouchamps ist ideal für Naturliebhaber. Es gibt schöne Spaziergänge.

Wir genossen auch den umzäunten Garten, der perfekt für unsere Hunde war. Sowie lokale Köstlichkeiten wie frisches Brot und frisches Eis vom Bauernhof fußläufig erreichbar.

Die Inneneinrichtung ist etwas veraltet und das Haus könnte einen neuen Anstrich gebrauchen, was unserer positiven Erfahrung jedoch keinen großen Abbruch tat.

Sehr empfehlenswert für alle, die Ruhe und Komfort in der Natur suchen!

Das Ferienhaus entsprach in puncto Sauberkeit, Hygiene und Heizung absolut nicht unseren Erwartungen (Gasfeuer im Bad sind meiner Meinung nach veraltet), das 2. Bad hatte keine Heizung! Pelet-Ofen war in Ordnung! Überfüllte Bordsteinkante und zu viele Teppiche, Decken und Kissen, die nicht sauber waren.
Ich persönlich glaube nicht, dass das „Belvilla-würdig“ ist.

Das Haus selbst entsprach nicht unseren Erwartungen, nicht sauber, Staub auf Schränken, Dunstabzugshaube, schmutzige Kreise auf Schränken von Vormietern, schmutzige Kaffeemaschine, Staubnetze, große Staubfäden unter Betten, sehr schmutzige Teppiche, ...
Das Fenster im großen Schlafzimmer ließ sich nicht öffnen: Holzlamellen entlang der Fensterrahmen, vermutlich aufgrund von Fäulnis in den Fensterrahmen, wodurch das Fenster nicht geöffnet werden konnte und der Raum somit nicht belüftet werden konnte. Dusche renovierungsbedürftig. Im Kinderzimmer war die Steckdose locker, man hatte sie mit Klebeband festgeklebt, damit sie in der Wand blieb, aber sie hat sich gelöst und ragte komplett heraus, absolut unsicher!
