Our new dream holiday flat Praepositus is characterised by lots of light and space, it is lovingly furnished with high-quality interiors and offers a wonderful view. Natural local materials create an atmosphere of peace and security. The centrepiece of our holiday flat is your private loggia - the ideal place to relax outdoors with a fantastic view and comfortable seating.
We have another holiday flat for our guests: a 60m² flat with a bedroom with double bed, private sauna (Finnish, bio-steam and infrared), bathroom, living room with pull-out couch, kitchenette, loggia with relaxing furniture, private parking space in the underground car park.
We provide our guests with a wonderful place for their holiday, the most beautiful time of the year.The flat is located at a great starting point for beautiful excursions and hikes.

In summer, spend relaxing hours on a hike up to the alpine pastures on the Plose or Gitschberg-Jochtal. Whether cycling or MTB tours, summit tours or hut hikes, the South Tyrolean mountains never fail to enchant!
In winter, the sun-kissed pistes of the Gitschberg-Jochtal, Kronplatz and Plose ski areas. For skiing and snowboarding, tobogganing, snowshoeing and winter hiking. The Advent and Christmas markets in Brixen, Klausen or Bruneck unfold their special flair.
Directions: Take the A22 motorway as far as Brixen Nord. Take the exit and drive in the direction of Natz-Schabs as far as Raas.
Public transport. Take the train to Brixen and the bus to Raas.
