Bergen, a historic artists' village. Enjoy the stunning nature along the North Holland coast. Reachable by bike in 15 minutes through green forests and beautiful dunes. Take a lovely walk on the beach or enjoy one of the many terraces. The village center of Bergen is pleasant, and there are plenty of restaurants and terraces. Alkmaar is just 20 minutes by bike from the holiday home. Here, from April to September, the cheese market takes place every Friday.
