The villa is located in the built-up area of a hamlet of Soiano del Lago, less than a kilometer from the center where there is a bank, a pharmacy and some shops as well as a postal service.
The enchanting and exclusive Villa Ardea is the ideal place for your relaxing and strategic holidays also for cultural tourism given its proximity to Verona, Brescia, Mantua, Desenzano and Sirmione.
Getting there
All the guests must present themselves with a valid identity document at the time of check-in to carry out the registration of obligatory practices by law .
On arrival, you will be asked to payment the deposit for an amount equal to € 500 in cash which will be returned on the day of check out in the absence of any damage to the property.
The keys will be delivered exclusively at our office in Via Barcuzzi, 41 in Lonato del Garda - 25017 Brescia during the scheduled check-in time from 16:00 to 19:30. Check out will take place from 8:00 to 10:00.
