In case of cancellation, the following conditions will be applied:
If the guest cancels more than 4 weeks before arrival, he loses 20% of the amount of the rental price.
If the guest cancels between 3 weeks and 4 weeks before arrival, he loses 40% of the amount of the rental price.
If the guest cancels between 14 days and 3 weeks before arrival, he loses 60 % of the amount of the rent.
If the guest cancels between 7 days and 14 days before arrival, he loses 80 % of the amount of the rent.
If the guest cancels less than 7 days before arrival, he loses 100 % of the amount of the rent.
In case of a no-show, the guest loses 100% of the rental price.
