From the second bedroom, which is on garden level, you can directly reach the large south-facing terrace behind the house. Kayaks and surfboards can also be hired by the hour at the local sailing school just across the road in the marina. The lighthouse on the Ile Vierge of the same name is a symbol of the Pays des Abers and, at almost 83 m, is the tallest stone lighthouse in Europe. Boat trips with sightseeing are offered from the Aber Wrach marina.
