Deposit
For binding bookings we ask for a deposit in the amount of 30 % of the accommodation costs.
This is due after receipt of the reservation confirmation.
Covid-19 Situation
Should a journey be delayed due to border closure, In the event of a travel ban, quarantine of the establishment or location, lockdown in Austria or official closure of our establishment, a free cancellation or rebooking is possible up to the day of arrival.
We will issue a voucher for the deposit already paid or refund the amount. We recommend taking out travel insurance - Europäische Reiseversicherung has included Covid-19 in its insurance cover and offers extensive Covid-19 cover in addition to classic travel cancellation insurance (illness, repatriation etc.).

Other recreational opportunities
In winter, Austria's largest ski area "Arlberg" with 95 lifts and over 300 kilometers of slopes is in front of your chalet door. A valley run takes you back almost to your house. Non-skiers enjoy the groomed cross-country ski runs and winter hiking trails. Snowshoes are available to you free of charge. The 2 km long toboggan run starts a few meters from the chalet.
In summer you are right in the hiking area. From 3 nights you get the Bregenzerwald inclusive card for free use of all mountain railways, hiking buses and outdoor pools (May to October)
Beautiful huts and pastures invite you to stop. For the action program you will find canyoning, flying fox rides, high ropes courses and much more. Or would you prefer a deck chair in the garden?
Pprogram for rainy days is also provided. There are many excursion options such as the Bregenz Festival, the wildlife park, Lake Constance, royal palaces, ...
Holiday destination
In a unique panoramic location in the sun-drenched mountain hamlet of Nesslegg, at the end of the Bregenzerwald, on the snowy side of the Arlberg and close to the Tyrolean Lech Valley, our chalets are centrally located in one of the most scenic holiday regions.
In SUMMER there are numerous hiking trails and mountain tours that start right in front of the chalet. Outdoor providers and an adventurous high ropes course offer fun for the whole family. Sights such as the Bregenz Lake Festival are not far.
From 3 nights, the Aadla guests use all cable cars, outdoor pools and hiking buses in the region FREE.
WINTER: The Aadla Chalets are located at 1500m directly on Austria's largest and snowiest ski area. The valley run brings you back almost to your chalet door. Ski school, ski rental, toboggan run, cross-country ski runs, restaurants ... are easily accessible.
FAMILIES have it particularly good at the Aadla. Children play and explore on the in-house ADVENTURE ALM or make new friends while jumping on the trampoline. In winter, after skiing, you can build a snowman in front of the house. The paths around the chalets are all car-free. From high chairs to bobby cars, go-carts, sledges... everything is there.
Getting there
Toll-free on the autobahn from Lindau onto the A14 to the exit Dornbirn-Nord, follow the road in the direction of the Bregenzerwald without turning directly to Nesslegg.
Danger! in winter the road from Lech to Warth is permanently closed!

Your refuge is at the upper end of Schröcken - Nesslegg at 1,500 meters above sea level. Up here in the mountains is our home, which we are happy to share with you.
