Holiday between mountains and lake
The vacation home is located in a small settlement in a side street of the district Schüttdorf in Zell am See. The house was renovated a few years ago and very cozily furnished. It is very well maintained and conveys a feel-good atmosphere.
The large garden and the furnished terrace invite you to play football or barbecue in the summer. The house is particularly popular with small groups and circles of friends. A large dining table in the kitchen and the spacious living room provide for sociable gatherings.

Prime position in the mountain town of Zell am See
In summer, you can quickly reach Lake Zell by bike, which offers many sporting water activities.
The surf and sailing school directly on the southern shore looks forward to your visit.
Also nearby is the Porsche Riding Club, which offers rides and carriage trips.
Those looking for ice and winter sports during uncertain snowy periods or even in summer have the best view of the eternal ice of the Kitzsteinhorn, the glacier in the neighboring village of Kaprun, right from the vacation home.
Once winter arrives, the Areitbahn is just a short walk away. From here, you can experience an exciting winter day at the ski area Zell am See-Kaprun.
Our tip: At the Zell am See airfield, spectacular Alpine flights are offered by prior arrangement. This is an experience in itself!
