Cancellation policy
Cancellation of the trip is possible at any time. In case of cancellation, the renter must pay the following cancellation fees to the lessor: - up to 61 days before the start of the trip: 25 % of the travel price - from 60th day to 35th day before the start of the trip : 50 % of the travel price - from 34th day to 15th day before the start of the trip: 75 % of the travel price - from the 14th day before the start of the trip or in case of no-show: 100 % of the travel price. A booking cancellation must be made in writing. Decisive is the receipt of the written cancellation by the lessor. In case of late arrival or early departure, the renter remains obligated to pay the full travel price to the lessor. We recommend the contracting of a travel cancellation insurance.

De Buitenplaats vacation park is located between the Zwanenwater, Kooibosch and Abbestee nature reserves, approx. 1 km from the center of the charming village of Callantsoog and the beautiful, miles-long sandy beaches. The free-standing country houses with authentic Dutch-style shutters and reed roofs are ideal for couples or families, people seeking peace and quiet, beach visitors and nature lovers. The landscape offers an enchanting mix of wide sandy beach, sea, dunes, forests and bright fields of flowers. You will find cozy beach cafés, small stores that are open all year round, restaurants and snack bars in the coastal village. The well-stocked supermarket in the village center is open 7 days a week all year round. A farm store and various farmers in the surrounding area offer regional and organic products.

Liebe Familie Hahn, wir haben noch nie ein solch gepflegtes und sauberes Ferienhaus betreten wie das von ihnen. Es ist alles so liebevoll dekoriert, und bis ins kleinste Detail durchdacht. In der Villa Duinzicht hat es uns einfach an nichts gefehlt. On top sind sie einfach wunderbar herzliche Gastgeber. Allein, dass wir bei unserer Anreise mit Blumen und Süßigkeiten empfangen wurden hat uns direkt einen traumhaften Urlaubsstart ermöglicht. Vielen Dank für Alles. Viele Grüße von Familie Kurdek
