You may cancel at any time without incurring additional charges and the following refund policy will apply: 100% of the deposit will be refunded if the previously booked period is completed at the same price. If the previously booked period is not completed at the same price, the deposit will not be refunded. If you are unable to travel due to border closures, the owners will be contacted to see if the reservation can be rescheduled for another period in 2022 or 2023. The deposit paid for that reservation would be applied to the new reservation. We strongly recommend that you purchase travel insurance for your vacation.

Villa Ana-Marija is located on the outskirts of the village Mali Golji, 7 km from Labin. The village is located on the east side of the Istrian peninsula and has about 20 households. You need a car to stay here, and if you have one, everything is at hand. The small store "Jedinstvo" in Snašići is 2 km away, and supermarkets, banks, gas stations, restaurants and cafes can be found in Labin, 7 km away or 10 minutes by car. The villa is 12 km away from the famous tourist resort Rabac and its beaches.
