You reach your holiday home via a country lane. You are surrounded by vines and a beautiful, flowery garden with seating and sunbathing areas. The fenced, large pool (10m x 5m, 0.7m to 1.7m depth) awaits you with a view of the vines. The highlight of the garden is certainly the Provençal summer kitchen and terrace overlooking the garden: this place is extremely pleasant and decorated with great taste. A large table and chairs invite you to spend convivial evenings. A barbecue is at your disposal, and you also have direct access to the kitchen from the terrace thanks to a French door.
Ground floor:
The house offers a closed garage on the ground floor level, as well as a storage room with washing machine.
First floor:
You can reach the first floor either via a staircase in the house, or from the outside via the summer kitchen. There you will find a large living room (fireplace, couch, round table with chairs) with an open and fully equipped kitchen. A small hallway leads to the first room with sofa bed, a bathroom (shower), and a separate toilet.
Second floor:
The second floor houses 3 more rooms, two of them with double bed, a third one with double bed and a loft bed. There is also a bathroom (bath) on the same floor.

The house is located in the countryside not far from Fox-Amphoux, only 30 minutes from the Verdon Gorges and 20 minutes from Cotignac. Fox-Amphoux itself offers a magnificent panorama from the surrounding hamlets to the most distant mountain massifs.
The first shopping facilities are in Aups or Barjol, each about 15 minutes by car. The hospitable owners, who manage the land, live well hidden about 30 metres away in a small cabanon. They will be happy to help you if necessary.

In the case of a cancellation, Coquelicot charges an allowance of up to 6 weeks before the occupancy date, which is 30% of the total rental amount and then 100% of the total rental amount. If Coquelicot succeeds in letting the object to be rented in the time initially booked by you after receipt of the cancellation notice, the expense allowance will be reduced to 50% in the latter case. These costs can be covered on request by a travel cancellation insurance.
