With direct access to the sea and breathtaking panoramic views the new and lovely Villa Sea Touch is an ideal choice for those seeking a peaceful and relaxing vacation experience. 140 m2 interior is spread over two levels and offers modern amenities and fun color schemes that add to its overall aesthetic appeal. The upper level provides three bedrooms, one of which is ensuite, and a balcony from which breathtaking sunsets are an indulgent and everyday treat. The ground level yields a fully equipped, contemporary kitchen, a living area, small dining room and access to another balcony with an alfresco dining table fit for eight guests. Also here we can find the final and fourth ensuite bedroom.

Villa Sea Touch is located near Rogoznica, a small village yet a popular tourist destination known for its sheltered bay and calm sea. Restaurants, shops and beaches are all nearby. Not to be missed is the UNESCO proclaimed Old Town Trogir 30 minute drive away. Head down to Split for a day to experience one of Croatia’s most popular cities, offering abundant restaurants, shopping, cafes, historical sites, and active night life.

Das Erdgeschoss bietet eine voll ausgestattete, moderne Küche, einen Wohnbereich, ein kleines Esszimmer und Zugang zu einem weiteren Balkon mit einem Esstisch im Freien für acht Gäste.
