The house is located in a small, quiet seaside village, just 100m from the beach. The air-conditioned apartment, equipped with Wi-Fi, is comfortably furnished and features a pleasant terrace with a grill, a fully equipped kitchen, a living room with satellite TV, a cozy sofa, and an armchair. Parking is available directly in front of the house. The nearest charging station for electric cars can be found in the town of Silo (8 km away).
Even though the house is on an island, you don't need a ferry because the island of Krk is connected to the mainland by a bridge (free of charge). Once you're on the island, it's just a 20-minute drive to the house.
