Cancellation policy

The guest may cancel the contract at any time before the start of the occupancy. If the cancellation occurs up to 61 days before the start of the trip, a cancellation fee of 25% of the rental price is due. If the cancellation takes place between 60 and 31 days before the start of the trip, the cancellation fee is 50% of the rental price. For a later cancellation, the cancellation fee is 90% of the rental price. In the case of goodwill arrangements (e.g., for short-term rebookings, voucher conversion, etc.), different cancellation rates apply. If the trip is not commenced, the entire rental price will be charged minus services not used, provided that these are not included as flat rates in the daily or weekly price according to the price list. The guest is always free â€“ even when calculating the flat-rate cancellation compensation â€“ to prove that a loss has not occurred or has not occurred in the calculated amount.

The villa is located in a quiet residential area. It's a 2.2 km walk to the center of Calpe. The Playa del Arenal-Bol beach is 2.5 km away on foot. In the neighborhood, there are other private houses with their gardens. At the end of the street starts the nature reserve with many beautiful hiking opportunities. Calpe is known for its beautiful sandy beaches and the two long beach promenades.
