    Getting there
    Chipiona it is located to 54 km. Of Cadiz, the capital of the province. From her, it is acceded to Chipiona by the A-4 (Madrid-Cadiz), until El Puerto de Santa Maria and we will take the A-491 there that will take to Chipiona.     Host informationHello, my name is Antonio and I'm married to Mari. I am currently retired, but during my entire working life I have worked in a bank. I have been assigned to numerous branches in different places, but now I have my residence in Chipiona. Chipiona is a very quiet town on the coast of Cadiz, has 19,000 inhabitants, but in the summer months can multiply by ten its population as it is one of the main tourist destinations of the Costa de la Luz. It has 3,000 hours of sunshine per year, the winters are short and mild and the summers, although hot, are much less than in the interior of Andalusia. It has magnificent beaches of golden and fine sand, awarded with the Blue Flag of the Clean Seas of Europe and with wonderful sea promenades, where we can stroll, sunbathe or enjoy the sea breeze. I hope you like Chipiona as much as I do, enjoy your holidays, and want to repeat again.

    Sehr hilfsbereiter Vermieter, hat uns sogar von der Busstation abgeholt. Top! Unterkunft super gepflegt, sauber und perfekt ausgestattet. Kann man nur empfehlen für Familienurlaub! Nichts, alles top!

    Diese deutsche Familie, Norbert, Andrea und ihre zwei Kinder, wohnten in der ersten Juniwoche bei uns. Sie sind sehr höflich und zuvorkommend und haben die Wohnung sehr sauber und ordentlich hinterlassen. Sie vom Busbahnhof abzuholen und sie am Tag ihrer Abreise dorthin zu bringen, war das Mindeste, was ich tun konnte; sie kamen mit dem Flugzeug von Deutschland nach Sevilla und mit dem Bus von Sevilla nach Chipiona. Am Busbahnhof in Chipiona gibt es nie Taxis. Wir wissen, dass sie eine tolle Zeit hatten, sie waren jeden Tag am Strand, obwohl es an einem Tag ein bisschen geregnet hat. Wir sind dieser Familie sehr dankbar für ihren Aufenthalt in unserem Haus, für die gute Bewertung, die sie in unserer Anzeige hinterlassen haben, und wir hoffen, sie wieder begrüßen zu können.     Die Wohnung ist wirklich sehr hübsch und liebevoll eingerichtet,die Küche ist gut ausgestattet,der Geschirrspüler und die Waschmaschine funktionieren tadellos-die Lage (Strandnähe,Ausgeh-und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten) ist einfach genial grüße an antonio und bis nächstes Jahr von Volker und Claudia

    Volker und Claudia sind seit mindestens zehn Jahren zwei Stammmieter in unserem Haus. Jedes Jahr, außer in einigen Fällen, in denen dies nicht möglich war, besuchen sie uns jedes Jahr im September. Sie sind freundlich, sehr angenehm, höflich und korrekt; Mittlerweile sind sie Freunde und schicken uns Postkarten von allen Orten, die sie besuchen. Selbstverständlich haben sie für September 2025 bereits Reservierungen für uns vorgenommen.
