The house offers a total of five holiday apartments, four of which were completely renovated and modernly furnished in 2022. In the garden, there is a shared covered terrace with a dining table and a grill fireplace available for outdoor meals. On the ground floor of the house, there is a common living room with a small kitchenette and seating area, toilet, washing machine, and dryer. Each apartment has a private parking space.
Apartment No. 4 for 2-4 people with a total living area of 55 sqm is located on the 2nd floor and consists of a living area with a fully equipped kitchen, dining table, and pull-out couch, a bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom with a shower, a separate toilet, and a balcony with seating.

The apartment complex Premium Residence Radovan is located in Spadici, a district of Porec, just 250 meters from the beach and 1500 meters from the old town. A shopping center is 200 meters from the house and several restaurants can be reached within approximately 5 minutes on foot.

If the TENANT cancels or terminates the reservation, the following cancellation fees will be charged:
For cancellations up to 42 days before arrival: full refund.
For cancellations from 41 days to 28 days before arrival: 30% of the total reservation amount will be charged.
For cancellations from 27 days to 8 days before arrival: 70% of the total reservation amount will be charged.
For cancellations from 7 days to 1 day before arrival: 80% of the total reservation amount will be charged.
For cancellations on the day of arrival or NO SHOW: 100% of the total reservation amount will be charged.
The cancellation date is considered to be the date on which the message of cancellation is received (on Sundays or public holidays, the following working day applies). In case of no-show or an unannounced delay, ISTRALINE retains the total amount of the reservation.
