The newly furnished apartment in a calm area is a 2-room maisonette vacation apartment, including a roof-terrace on the second floor. It is suitable for 4 people (for 2 people there is enough space on the sofa-bed).
On the first level of the apartment is the kitchen including a dinner-table for a maximum of 6 people, as well as the bathroom.
On the second level of the vacation apartment there is the generous living and sleeping area. The sleeping area is separated by two paravents from the living area including a sofa-bed, glass couch table and television. The television can be seen from the bed.
A wooden table with integrated sunshade and 4 armchairs is on the roof terrace for comfortable hours.
The holiday apartment is also suitable for working persons who are occupied temporarily in Bremen, because there are very good transport connections to e.g. the airport and train station and WiFi is available as well.

For the daily grocery-shopping you will find many supermarket, auch as 'Aldi' nearby.
