Cancellation policy

In case of cancellation of a confirmed reservation of private accommodation, the day of receipt of the written cancellation is valid for the calculation of the cancellation costs: - for the cancellation up to 30 days before arrival 30% of the total price will be charged, - for cancellation from 29 to 15 days before arrival 40% of the total price will be charged, - for cancellation from 14 to 8 days before arrival 50% of the total price will be charged, - for cancellation from 7 to 2 days before arrival 80% of the total price will be charged, - for cancellation from 1 to 0 days before arrival, or if the customer does not arrive to the booked accommodation, or if he wants to leave earlier within the booked period, 100% of the total price will be charged.
