A spectacular luxury villa situated a few metres from the beaches in the picturesque town of Sète. Villa La Marinière is a modern architectural villa with multiple levels and lots of amenities which guaranty our travellers to spend a memorable and relaxing holiday.
Villa La Marinière has a beautiful expansive garden spread across 1300 m2. In this garden, you will find a heated salt-water swimming pool surrounded by an exotic wood terrace. The gardens also boast a pétanque court for boules game, and a dartboard for your entertainment. Up a few stairs from the swimming area is a covered terrace beneath the vines so you can unwind and enjoy the sea view and marine breeze. There, travellers will be able to prepare a nice barbecue or Sétois meal with fresh seafood made on the provided plancha or barbecue. The outdoor dining area can easily accommodate for 8 to 10 people with stylish overhead lighting. From this terrace is a straight access to the indoor sunken dining area for 10.
The interior of the house has elegant and tasteful decorations and is completely air-conditioned. The many windows give way to bountiful natural lighting in the high-ceiling rooms. The main living room is just a few steps up from the dining area and has a flat screen TV raising up from behind a cupboard right in front of an extra large and comfortable sofa. The open kitchen of the villa is truly one of a kind. Enjoying fantastic views of the sea, this spacious kitchen with wood and marble counters together with contemporary linings benefits from professional high end equipments. A piano (professional gaz cooker), a wine cellar, 2 refrigerators, a professional ice making machine, a tapanyaki (plancha), a salamandre, a Miele steam oven so travellers can cook and enjoy top quality meals in the comfort of their own home.
There are 4 bedrooms at Villa La Marinière, all equipped with air-conditioning. Down a few steps from the living room is the first double bedroom and its own shower room. The Master bedroom suite is down a few more steps under the living room, and benefits from its own en-suite shower room, large dressing and toilet. From the master bedroom suite guests have direct access to a private south facing terrasse overlooking the swimming pool where a few sun chairs and tables are arranged. On the first floor of the house is another Master bedroom suite with its en-suite shower room and private roof top terrace arranged with garden sofas under a sun-sail. The fourth bedroom of the house is on a mid level, right next to the entrance hall and can be arranged with either one or two single beds for the travellers convenience. This bedroom doesn’t have a bathroom.

From the Villa La Manière guets can spend the day sightseeing, cycling (many bike renters on-site) or experience the Sétois beaches. The museums (Musée de la Mer is just down the street of Villa La Marinière) or Galleries, or even the theatres such as Théatre de la Mer will please those in search of cultural activities.
This villas exceptional location will allow its guests to enjoy direct access to the beaches from a private path found in the garden. This path also provides direct access to local restaurants, weekly market and local shops such as grocery stores, bakeries, delis, pharmacies and even local fishmongers.

Known as the ‘Little Venice’ of Languedoc, Sète is a beautiful coastal town famous for its delicious and fresh seafood that you can enjoy in the many restaurants around the area. In case of cancellation of a reservation by the user :
- more than 6 weeks before the beginning of the rental period, the user must deposit 30% of the total rent as penalty;
- less than 6 weeks before the beginning of the rental period, the user is obliged to pay the full rent.
Special cancellation conditions in the Corona period:
Due to the crisis of Covid-19, the tenant will be able to cancel a reservation and will be fully refunded of the payments he will have already carried out under this reservation if he is in impossibility to go on the place of rent only because of the regulatory provisions established by the French State such as the obligatory enclosure, or the legal prohibition of displacement. The same applies if the landlord has to give up renting his house because of the regulations established by the French State, in particular if a ban on renting is imposed.
On the other hand, no refund will be made for other reasons, such as illness, closure of beaches and restaurants, train or flight cancellations or personal matters.
It is also recommended that the tenant takes out holiday insurance to cover cancellation of the holiday rental.
