Cancellation and early termination
(1) If the tenant cancels (terminates) the contract before the rental period starts and doesn't name a new tenant who accepts the same terms, then they are responsible for paying the following percentages of the rental price to cover costs (exc.cleaning):

- up to 43 days before arrival: 50% of the rental price
- up to 29 days before arrival: 70% of the rental price
- up to 0 days before arrival: 100% of the rental price
- otherwise (later than 28 days before arrival) 100% of the rent.
- - No show or interruption of the holiday ... 100% of the total holiday amount.
(2) The renter can prove a lesser damage at any time.
(3) If the tenant breaks off the stay prematurely, he remains obliged to pay the full rental price.
(4)The date applicable is the day the explanation of cancelation is received by the advertiser.

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at the house. The highlight of the property was undoubtedly the amazing swimming pool, sauna and the relaxing jacuzzi. It was a true oasis of relaxation.
But what truly made our experience memorable was the outstanding hospitality of our host. They went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction, providing helpful tips about the area and making us feel right at home. Their warm and welcoming attitude made our stay truly exceptional. Bobo surprised us many times with his delicious culinary delights :)) Thank you!!!

Amazing villa, very clean and high-quality beds en bathrooms. The staff is really helpful and nice, on arrival he was waiting for us to guide us to the villa. Daily we got an app if we need anything and if everything is oke. The sauna and jacuzzi is amazing with a great view. Air-conditioning works perfectly and the WiFi also. Highly recommended
