Cancellation and suspension of stay
(1) If the lessee renounces the contract before the beginning of the rental period without naming a subsequent tenant who enters into the contract on the same terms, the following proportionate rents shall be paid as compensation, taking into account the saved expenses:

-up to 60 days before the start of the rental period: free cancellation possible
-up to 42 days before the start of the rental: 30% of the rental price
-up to 30 days before the start of the rental: 50% of the rental price
-within 30 days before the start of the rental: 100% of the rental price
- otherwise (later than 13 days before rental) 100% of the rental price.
(2) The lessee can prove a lower damage at any time.
(3) If the tenant breaks the stay prematurely, he / she remains obliged to pay the full rental price.
(4) Cancellations or cancellations can only be made in writing. The date applicable is the day the explanation of cancelation is received by the advertiser.

Wenn ich könnte, würde ich 10 Punkte geben. Danke für diesen Ort, eine perfekte Ruheoase im kleinen Dorf Bogomolje, zwischen Olivenbäumen und Lavendelsträuchern und Millionen von Zikaden in den Kieferwäldern ringsum. Liebevoll angelegt bis ins kleinste Detail, die Fotos sprechen für sich.
Die Gastgeber sind sehr sehr herzlich. Danke für alles. Es gibt nichts was fehlt. Top!!

This villa is absolutely stunning and the owners thought of everything when building this place. I stayed with 2 other couples and it was very spacious. I would highly recommend this villa for your stay in HVAR. THANK YOU for making our vacation so wonderful!
