Cancellation policy
If the tenant cancels the rental agreement, they must pay a lump sum compensation for the expenses already incurred by the landlord and the lost profit as follows:
Cancellation up to the 42nd day before the start free of charge
Cancellation 41 to 29 days before the start 10% of the agreed rental price
Cancellation 28 to 15 days before the start 25% of the agreed rental price
Cancellation 14 to 8 days before the start 50% of the agreed rental price
Cancellation 7 days to 1 day before the start 80% of the agreed rental price
In case of no-show 100% of the agreed rental price

Holiday destination
The town of Labin, located 5 km from your holiday home, is very well-known for its cultural and architectural heritage. The old town features well-preserved historical palaces, art galleries, and various festivals of jazz and classical music. The town boasts excellent restaurants as well as cozy cafes. Let yourself be enchanted by the nearby turquoise sea in the coastal resort of Rabac, which is 10 km away, and by many other beautiful beaches, beach promenades, and coastal regions.
Visit the oldest and largest city in Istria named Pula on the west coast (about 45 km away) with the large amphitheater and other remarkable attractions. Vrécari is also an ideal starting point for exciting excursions to Central Istria, as well as to the Croatian islands in the Kvarner Bay. Magnificent villas and parks adorn the coastal town of Opatija. The port city of Rijeka, which can be reached in an hour by car, was nominated as the European Capital of Culture in 2020 and also invites you to shop and stroll.

Man kommt in die Wohnung und fühlt sich gleich wohl. Sie ist sehr schön, mit allem was man benötigt und mit sehr viel Liebe eingerichtet. Die Wohnung ist seinen Preis wert. Der Pool könnte etwas wärmer sein, wobei das auch an der Jahreszeit gelegen haben kann. Die Umgebung ist sehr ruhig, so dass dem Erholen nichts im Wege steht. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es in Labin genug, wobei ein Auto notwendig ist. Wir Haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus, liebevoll und gemütlich eingerichtet. Das Haus war bei der Ankunft sehr sauber und man fühlt sich gleich sehr wohl. Die Betreuung vor Ort war sehr gut. Man findet auch viele Prospekte und Informationen für Unternehmungen jeglicher Art im Haus.
Auch von den Gastgebern bekommt man vor der Anreise zahlreiche Infos, so dass man mit einem guten Gefühl ankommt. Rundherum ein sehr schöner Urlaub.
