Cancellation policy
Cancellation and termination of stay
(1) If the tenant cancels (terminates) the contract before the start of the rental period without naming a new tenant who will enter into the contract under the same conditions, the tenant shall pay the following pro rata rents as compensation, taking into account the expenses saved:
Cancellation
-up to 60 days before the beginning of the rental period: cancellation possible
-up to 43 days before the beginning of the rental period: 30 % of the rental price
-up to 29 days before the start of the rental period: 50 % of the rental price
-up to 15 days before the beginning of the rental period: 100 % of the rental price
-otherwise (later than 28 days before the beginning of the rental period) 100 % of the rental price.
- No-show or interruption of the vacation... 100% of the total amount of the vacation.
(2) The tenant can always prove a lesser damage.
(3) If the tenant breaks off the stay prematurely, he remains obligated to pay the full rental price.
(4) Cancellation or termination can only be made in writing. The date of receipt of the declaration by the landlord is decisive.

Villa Vito is located in a very quiet surrounding, close to the tunnel of Sv. Ilija, through which you reach the sea and the Makarska Riviera in 15 min drive by car. In front of the houses, you will be able to park your cars safely. 10 minutes far are supermarkets and ambulance, caffe bars, restaurants in Zagvozd.

A fantastic place to stay with a family! As a group of 9 (4 kids aged 3 to 9) we have had planty of space to roam around the playground, enjoy the pool and relax on the terrace. The two houses are remote, 15 min drive to the village, but this was only an advantage as we could truly feel free to do as we please (e.g. play petanque at 1 am ;-) The property is so beautifully located, you can spend hours just sitting on the terrace and looking at the hills. Our host and the team are quick to respond and very helpful. We've had a wind incident, which resulted in scattering of broken glass, but this was promptly taken care of, much appreciated! We recommend the place 100%.
