Cancellation policy

In order to confirm the reservation, 30% advance payment is required. The balance is due 35 days before arrival. In case of cancellation until 35 days before arrival, the Agency will refund the full amount paid in advance within 7 working days. Otherwise, the advance payment is not refundable in case of cancellation. If the guest cancels the reservation 34 days before the day of using the service, the guest is charged 100% of the total price of the reservation, i.e., the Agency has no obligation to refund the paid amount of the accommodation price.

The south of Istria offers plenty of opportunities to enjoy both the beautiful nature and the rich history of the area. The city of Pula is only a few kilometres away and there you can see some of the best-preserved monuments of the Ancient Roman era. You will be impressed by the ancient Pula Amphitheatre while you enjoy the modern cultural and gastronomical events happening in Pula. And if you want it is very easy to organise daytrips by boat along the coast or by car to the interior of Istria. There you can find a lot of local specialties like the many varieties of pasta, excellent wines and liqueurs and of course the unavoidable truffles.

Holiday destination

Villa Stribor is located in the vicinity of the Cape Kamenjak Nature Park. Its beaches are one of the most picturesque ones you can visit on the Croatian coast and they are only a 15-minute walk away from the villa. In fact, everything you might need during your holiday is within easy walking distance and you will have no trouble finding restaurants, cafés, smaller shops or local fisheries. So, take a lovely stroll or if you are in a bit of a hurry hop on one of the bicycles in a villa and enjoy the surrounding countryside.
