Cancellation policy
The tenant has the right to withdraw from the contract before the start of the rental period. In the event of such a withdrawal, the landlord will claim a cancellation fee as follows:
Cancellation up to 4 weeks before arrival 20% of the rental price
Cancellation from 4 weeks before arrival 80% of the rental price
Cancellation up to 7 days after booking is free of charge, unless it is a short-term booking (arrival in less than 4 weeks).
Should there be a cancellation in the case of an accommodation ban or an occupancy restriction, the rental price will be reimbursed in full.

Both the apartment and the surrounding area invite you to take a deep breath and relax and are therefore the ideal starting point for a family holiday around the Diemelsee at any time of the year! Tobogganing, skiing, hiking, cycling, fishing or various activities on the lake – there is definitely something for everyone here.
Getting there
If you wish to travel by train, there are convenient bus connections and shared taxi (AST) service from the Kohrbach, Willingen or Marsberg train stations. The Diemelsee holiday region can be reached within 15 minutes by public transport.
The nearest train stations are in Willingen (approx. 15 km) and Korbach (approx. 18 km).

Schöne Unterkunft, super sauber. Besonders für Familien mit Kleinkind gut geeignet. Hatten zwar Pech mit dem Wetter aber die Spiele und die Konsole im Haus haben darüber hinweg getröstet!:)
