Cancellation policy

Cancellation Policy. General Cancellation Conditions: If you cancel up to 28 days before arrival, you will receive 50% of your deposit back. After 28 days before arrival, you will not receive anything back. Cancellation Fund. With your booking, you pay 5% of the total amount. If you cancel up to 7 days before arrival, you will receive 100% of your deposit. After 7 days, you will not receive anything back. If you wish to make use of the cancellation fund, you can tick this option at the time of booking. Attention!!! This refund is based on the payment terms we use: 50% deposit 2 weeks after booking and 50% balance 2 weeks before arrival. If you opt for an early payment of 100%, in the event of cancellation, you will still receive 50% of the deposit amount. We make no exceptions for the reason for cancellation.
