    Holiday destination
    The special attractions of this UNESCO World Heritage region, in addition to its narrow river valley landscape and vineyards, are the 21 castles and ruins along the Rhine. The quiet and small town of Werlau has approx. 900 inhabitants and was first mentioned in a document in 992. There are beautiful hiking trails right on your doorstep as well as Werlau's outdoor pool in the summer. A holiday destination to discover all year round.
    Getting there
    Via the A61 Cologne - Koblenz - Frankfurt: exit no. 42 - Emmelshausen + St. Goar. Follow the road towards St. Goar to St. Goar-Werlau. After the roundabout at the entrance to town, take the second street on the right to end up on Winzergasse. Coming from Koblenz or Bingen on the B9, drive to the junction for St. Goar-Werlau and follow the road through Werlau. After the sharp left turn, take the first left onto Winzergasse.

    Die Ferienwohnung war sehr geschmackvoll im nordischen Stil eingerichtet, mit sehr viel Liebe zum Detail. Alles blitzsauber und hochwertig. Wir waren zwei Personen, es hätten aber auch 4 Platz gefunden. Der Vermieter , der aus Finnland stammt, war sehr nettund hilfsbereit. In der Infomappe jede Menge Hinweise auf lokale Sehenswürdigkeiten. Internet klappte super, sogar fürs online gaming . Toll auch das in der Fewo vorhandene Weinangebot . Im Finnkiosk , den der Vermieter betreibt interessante original finnische Produkte. Der Balkon überdacht und regengeschützt, für Raucher ein echtes Plus, mit Blick über den Ort und das weite Rheintal. Also alles in allem eine absolut empfehlenswerte Adresse !
