Es werden die Stornierungsregeln nach den AGB der Tourist, Kongress- und Saalbau GmbH Neustadt (TKS) angewendet. Bei Absage / Nichtinanspruchnahme der gebuchten Ferienwohnung wird diese storniert und zur Wiedervermietung freigemeldet. Bei Stornierung sind 80% des Preises für den vereinbarten Zeitraum zu zahlen oder bei Neuvermietung 80% für die Anzahl der Ausfalltage.
