Holiday destination
The house is located in an idyllic spot on the hillside inside a beautiful garden full of camellia, roses, hydrangea and oleander and within five minutes, walking distance of the village of Caviano and a small beach on the lake.
From the house, you can enjoy the great view over the lake and the surrounding mountains to Italy. The ancient villages Sant´Abbondio, and Caviano belong to the most beautiful villages on the lake.
Caviano has a small shop, where you can buy groceries and basic things. By car, you can reach Italy for a shopping tour in no time.
The environment of the house is very quiet, just the railway line which connects the north and south can occasionally make a little noise

Jedes Mal genießen wir von Neuem die vielen schönen Details dieses Tessiner Hauses, den absolut traumhaften Rundumblick sowie die vielen Pflanzen im riesengroßen Garten, die je nach Jahreszeit gerade üppig blühen. Die tollen Farben des neuen Hausputzes und der neuen Fensterläden sind eine super schöne Ergänzung zu dem so angenehmen Stil des Hauses und passen wunderbar in die schöne Tessiner Landschaft. Alles ist perfekt, um hier erholsame Tage zu verbringen, schöne Dörfer in nächster Nähe zu erkunden oder die unterschiedlichsten Ausflüge zu machen. Grazie mille für die absolut herzliche Gastfreundschaft, liebe Familie Belz!!

Für uns als dreiköpfige Famile war das Haus in Grösse und Aufteilung ideal. In der Gartenwohnung konnte unser Besuch übernachten, mit eigener kleiner Küche und Badezimmer. Durch die verschiedenen Sitzplätze, (Balkon, Garten, Pergola) gab es immer irgendwo einen Schattenplatz. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet um selbst zu kochen (klein aber fein). Dorfladen, Entsorgung, See und Postautostation sind in 5-10 Min Gehdistanz erreichbar. Was will man mehr? Danke für die unkomplizierte Organisation und Kommunikation, wir kommen gerne wieder. T.
