Das Haus war mit dem nötigen Komfort und einem umzäunten Garten für den Hund ausgestattet. Es liegt ruhig und nah an der Küste (ca. 5 km). Es gab ein Problem mit der Heizung. Der Besitzer hatte die Heizkörper über seine App auf 19° eingestellt (wir konnten sie also nicht selbst bedienen), aber in Wirklichkeit blieben sie die ganze Woche kalt. Wir mussten mit dem Palettenofen heizen. Die 2 Tüten, die bei der Abrechnung bereitstanden, bekamen wir zwar kostenlos (da die Heizkörper nicht funktionierten), die anderen 3 (aus dem Supermarkt) kosteten uns aber gut 30 Euro extra. Es dauerte auch mehrere Stunden, bis wir abends im Wohnzimmer 19° erreichten. Daher war es notwendig, den Esstisch vor den Herd zu stellen, um etwas Wärme zu bekommen.
