Cancellation policy
Cancellation Guarantee:
If at the time of travel, Makkum Beach Resort, the province of Friesland, or the entire Netherlands should be locked down, we would not be able to fulfill our part of the contract "providing a holiday home". As a result, you would receive a refund of all your payments, provided you have not yet arrived.
Otherwise, the following conditions apply:
Up to 42 days before the arrival day, 50% of the invoice amount is due.
In case of a later cancellation, the full invoice amount is due.
Dear guests,
if a cancellation occurs, we will definitely find an amicable solution!
We will always strive to realize a substitute rental and in this case would charge a maximum of the shortfall and a flat rate of 50€. We would then waive the above-mentioned costs!!!

Das Haus ist sauber und gut ausgestattet. Tolle Freizeitangebote! Die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich/zuvorkommend und wenn was nicht funktioniert oder klappt ist die Vermieterin sooo bemüht, das man am Ende zufrieden gestellt ist. Wir wären gerne länger geblieben und kommen wieder!

Wir hatten eine entspannte Zeit in dem sehr schönem Ferienhaus, mit phantastischen Ausblick auf das Wasser. Die tierischen Besucher wie Kanninchen, Enten, Gänse und Singvögel sind inklusive und waren sehr zutraulich. Bei der Ausstattung haben wir nichts vermisst, insgesamt hatten wir einen hohen Wohlfühlfaktor.
Vielen Dank an Frau Kleinofen für die unkomplizierte und nette Kommunikation.
