Cancellation policy
Cancellation Guarantee:
If at the time of travel, Makkum Beach Resort, the province of Friesland, or the entire Netherlands should be locked down, we would not be able to fulfill our part of the contract "providing a holiday home". As a result, you would receive a refund of all your payments, provided you have not yet arrived.
Otherwise, the following conditions apply:
Up to 42 days before the arrival day, 50% of the invoice amount is due.
In case of a later cancellation, the full invoice amount is due.
Dear guests,
if a cancellation occurs, we will definitely find an amicable solution!
We will always strive to realize a substitute rental and in this case would charge a maximum of the shortfall and a flat rate of 50€. We would then waive the above-mentioned costs!!!

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus mit Steg direkt am Wasser gelegen im Beach Resort Makkum.
Das Ferienhaus Wasserperle ist wirklich liebevoll eingerichtet, sehr sauber und super ausgestattet: Vom Kanu, Fahrrädern, Waschmaschine, Trockner bis hin zur Heißluftfriteuse alles da! Im Vergleich zum Einrichtungsstandard der vom Park betriebenen Häuser um Welten besser!
Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war auch super freundlich und unkompliziert.
Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt und Urlaub und kommen gerne wieder!

Die Ferienwohnung Ankerplatz in Makkum ist ein wunderbarer Ort um Ruhe und Natur zu genießen.
Die Umgebung lässt sich wunderbar mit Fahrrädern erkunden und bietet an vielen Stellen die Möglichkeit ein Päuschen in den gemütlichen Cafés als auch am Meer zu genießen.
Das Ferienhaus ist sehr gut ausgestattet und liebevoll eingerichtet.
Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit und konnten unseren Ankerplatz sehr genießen.
