Holiday destination
The vacation home Guranya, situated about a 10 minutes walk from the center of the village Kamilaria, offers a fantastic view of the Psiloritis and over the olivetree-covered plateau until the ocean (about 3 km). In Kamilari (approx. 400 residents), guests enjoy typical cretan village-life far away from the hectic in the North. Taverns and restaurants are within walking distance. Wonderful beaches can be reached within 5-15 minutes by car. Matala offers nightlife with bars and live music.
Getting there
By plane or ship to Heraklion, then with the car over the expressway about 60 minutes drive to Mires, Phaistos to Kamilari. From the airport Chania direction Rethimnon-Spili-Timbaki-Kamilari.

Wir waren 2 Wochen in dieser sehr schönen und komplett und hochwertig ausgestatteten Wohnung.
Der Verwalter vor Ort Tom hatte immer ein offenes Ohr für uns und gab bei Bedarf Tipps. Wir kennen Kamilari schon recht lange und haben jetzt unsere Traumferienwohnung gefunden. Wir danken Norbert und Gudrun für unseren schönen Aufenthalt und ihre unkomplizierte freundliche Art. Wir kommen gerne

Unser Aufenthalt hat uns sehr gut gefallen.
Die Ausstattung, speziell in der Küche, ist hochwertig und es gibt eine Spülmaschine und ausreichend Geschirr etc.
Ebenso kann eine Waschmaschine benutzt werden
Der Balkon mit Liegen und kl. Tisch mit Stühlen hat eine schöne ländliche Aussicht über Oliven bis zum Meer und Berge.
Der Ort ist fussläufig zu erreichen mit netten Tavernen und entspanntem Charakter.
Die größeren Orte wie Matala oder Pitsidia sind mit dem Auto schnell zu erreichen.
Der Pool steht zur Alleinnutzung zur Verfügung.
Bei Fragen gibt es einen Ansprechpartner vor Ort.
