The Villa Sogno di Mare is a charming villa for your holidays in a dominant position, immersed in the scents of the Mediterranean park, with a spectacular view of the golden beaches of Chia, at about 1400 m. from the most beautiful beaches of Chia!
A unique feeling of tranquility and privacy.
The garden is super panoramic, has a parking space and a covered veranda, facing the sea, where you can dine or enjoy an aperitif while watching the sunset over the sea.
On the ground floor, there is a spectacular veranda overlooking the garden but also on the first floor, you will find a terrace-solarium with a breathtaking view, equipped with sun loungers.
The holiday home is on two levels: on the ground floor a bedroom with a private bathroom, the living area is divided into 3 areas where there are two sofas in front of the two fireplaces, the kitchen that communicates with the dining area with a small window, very practical for passing the dishes directly to the table.
The kitchen made of masonry and wood is decorated with the typical tiles of Cerasarda in the colors of turquoise ...!
Also on the ground floor, the bathroom with the large stone shower is all in shades of turquoise and blue!
Upstairs 2 bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom, all super panoramic, overlooking the sea and the Chia Tower!
