A unique villa, covered in stone, facing only the sea, the dunes, the blue sky of Chia.
The house is located a few steps from the famous beach of the Campana Dunes and is immersed in a private park of a few houses, formed by the greenery and colors of the Mediterranean scrub: junipers, myrtle, mastic, lavender, helichrysum which, with their blooms and perfumes, frame your holiday
Waking up with the chirping of birds, enjoying breakfast in silence, and, in the peace of the evening, on the deck chairs caressed by the sounds of the sea ... WOW !!! What a relaxation
The house is furnished with Sardinian handicraft furniture in warm and bright colors of white, ecru, with turquoise details that recall the transparency of the Chia sea.
In the living room, the light handcrafted furniture was combined with original panels and decorations, selected to obtain a refined and welcoming effect: the huge basket full of cushions and the curtains ranging from light blue, turquoise to neutrals give a touch of color with contemporary graphics and drawings of the Sardinian tradition. The house is well organized so that you can enjoy both life inside and, above all, life en plein air:
inside 2 panoramic bedrooms with sea view (both with double beds that can be divided into two singles), with 2 bathrooms with shower, a living room with open kitchen with triple access.
The kitchen, equipped with all dishes, is equipped with an oven, refrigerator, sink, dishwasher, microwave.

Once you arrive in Chia following the SP 71 you will have to turn onto Viale Belvedere.
Once you have turned onto Viale Belvedere, follow the CASA CHIA sales office signs and then viale Euforbia 24.
