The deposit is 100% refundable if the previously booked period is sold at the same price.
If the previously booked period is not sold at the same price, the deposit will not be refunded.
If you are unable to arrive due to border closures, the owners will be contacted to see if the reservation can be rescheduled for another period in 2022 or 2023.
The deposit used for this reservation would be used for the new reservation.
We strongly recommend that you purchase travel insurance for your vacation.

The villa is located in the small village in the east of Istria.
The nearest town is Labin (8 km). Built on a hill with a rich and magnificent history.
You will be amazed with the underground tunnels, which used to be coal mines, and today an open museum.
The cultural, musical and gastronomic events are often such that there is always something to do.
Rabac is a famous destination with many romantic walks, good restaurants, friendly people and good music.

Wir waren im August 2 Wochen in der Villa Marilu und haben diese sehr genossen. Wir waren 6 Erwachsene, 1 Kleinkind plus Hund.
Das Haus hat 3 Schlafzimmer mit je einem Bad (ein Traum) und ist sehr geräumig.
Der Pool war natürlich das Highlight. Der Garten ist auch super groß zur Freude unseres Hundes und außerdem gibt es Schaukel und Rutsche für die Kinder.
Marilu und ihr Mann sind tolle Gastgeber. Sie waren immer erreichbar (Kommunikation top) und haben uns sehr viele Empfehlungen für die Umgebung gegeben. Für Stand, einkaufen, Restaurants , ist man allerdings auf das Auto angewiesen.
Das Haus hat alles was man braucht. Die Küche ist mit den Basics ausgestattet.
Außerdem hat das Haus eine kleine Spielecke für Kinder welche von uns sehr viel genutzt wurde.
Wir bedanken uns ganz herzlich.

Wir haben als sechsköpfige Familie mit einem Kleinkind und einem Hund 2 Wochen im August in diesem Ferienhaus verbracht.
Das Haus war sehr sauber, und Marilu hat uns sogar kleine Gastgeschenke hinterlassen. Jedes Schlafzimmer verfügt über ein eigenes Bad! Die Küche ist mit den Basics ausgestattet. Im großen Wohnzimmer und Gemeinschaftsraum gibt es auch eine kleine Kinderspielecke.
Das Highlight ist natürlich der Pool! Der Garten ist sehr groß, zur Freude unseres Hundes und hat außerdem eine Schaukel und eine Rutsche für die Kinder.
Marilu und ihr Mann waren sehr nette Vermieter. Die Kommunikation war einfach und sehr schnell. Sie haben uns außerdem viele Tipps zur Umgebung, Stränden, einkaufen und Restaurants gegeben.
Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub und können das Haus nur weiterempfehlen!
