Holiday destination
The Valle Cannobina is a beautiful landscape above L. Maggiore on the Italian side (northwest) above the famous town of Cannobio with the largest Sunday market around Lago Maggiore. Signposted hiking trails right from Gurrone through V. Cannobina, Val Grande National Park, to the river, down to Gurrone or up to Alpe Olenzo, Le Biuse and into the Swiss Alps. Getting there
Arrival directly by car is possible. We recommend arriving by car. To Cannobio at the end right into the Valle Cannobina, after 4 km right at the sign for Gurrone, over the large bridge, through Cavaglio S. Dnonnino through the gate. Then right from Gurrone, please call tel. 3316267129 when you reach the church car park. The holiday apartment is located about 200 m outside of Gurrone toward Alpe Olenzo. Wir suchten nach schwieriger Zeit erholsame Tage. Wir fanden Gastgeber mit den allerbesten Qualitäten, die Gastgeber nur haben können. Wir rätseln noch immer: war es Tina oder Sissi, die uns als Zicklein auf der Terrasse besuchte? Alex jedenfalls ist der netteste Hund (nach unserer Mira). Soviel steht fest. Es ist das Paradies, in das Jürgen und Ulla Faust einladen. Welches Glück! Herzlichen Dank! Barbara und Rudolf und Mira der Hund haben schon jetzt wieder Sehnsucht nach einem der schönsten Orte, die man sich vorstellen kann.

Diese Ferienwohnung können wir uneingeschränkt empfehlen. Einzigartiges Panorama, Erholung pur, in der Wohnung fehlt es an nichts und nicht zu vergessen die äußerst sympathischen, gastfreundlichen und immer hilfsbereiten Vermieter. Wer eine unvergleichliche Ruhe, verbunden mit einem beeindruckenden Ausblick in die Natur genießen möchte, ist hier absolut richtig, ebenso mit Hund. In wenigen Minuten fährt man mit dem Auto zum Lago und hat von dort alle Möglichkeiten. Wir werden bestimmt wiederkommen.
