Cancellation policy
If the guest cancels or terminates the reservation, the following cancellation fees will be charged:
For cancellations up to 42 days before arrival: 30% of the total reservation amount will be charged.
For cancellations from 41 days to 28 days before arrival: 50% of the total reservation amount will be charged.
For cancellations from 27 days to 8 days before arrival: 70% of the total reservation amount will be charged.
For cancellations from 7 days to 1 day before arrival: 80% of the total reservation amount will be charged.
For cancellations on the day of arrival or in case of no-show: 100% of the total reservation amount will be charged.
The date of cancellation is considered to be the date on which the notice of cancellation is received (on Sundays or public holidays, the following working day applies). In case of no-show or an unannounced delay, the owner retains the total amount of the reservation.

Your holiday home is just a 5-minute drive from the trendy beaches and beach bars and only 8 minutes from the town of Porec, where you can find all amenities such as restaurants, supermarkets, etc. For excursions, you have an ideal starting point with the shortest distances to the top attractions in Rovinj, Vrsar, Pula, Motovun, and Novigrad.
Getting there
The villa is located in the town of Dracevac, near Porec. You can easily reach the house via the E751 motorway in less than an hour from the Croatian-Slovenian border.

Unser Urlaub in der Villa Belexo war ein absoluter Traum!
Die Villa hat eine sehr gute Ausstattung und ist modern. Wir waren vorallem von der Sauberkeit begeistert, es gab absolut nichts zu bemängeln. Da wir mit Hund verreist sind, war ich unfassbar dankbar, dass die Villa mit einem (sehr guten!) Staubsauger und einem Wischmopp ausgestattet war!
Jetzt aber zu dem, was ich am Meisten loben möchte: Herr Grübl!!! Die Kommunikation mit ihm war jederzeit möglich, immer freundlich und bestrebt. Er hat uns schon im Vorfeld unheimlich viele Tipps für alle möglichen Aktivitäten gegeben, das hat unseren Urlaub noch viel entspannter gestaltet. Auch bei Fragen hat er sofort reagiert.
Es war wirklich alles top und ich hoffe, dass wir wieder die Gelegenheit bekommen dort Urlaub zu machen.

Alles was das Herz begehrt, es ist alles vorhanden was man zu einem erholsamen und schönen Urlaub braucht.
Wir hatten mit Freunden eine schöne Zeit in der Villa, zum Einkaufen und zum Speisen sind es nur wenige Minuten.
Bei Fragen und Anregungen zu Ausflügen, stand uns Herr Grübl jederzeit zur Seite, was man, glauben wir, nicht überall findet.
Wir können die Villa BeLexo nur weiter empfehlen.
