Holiday destination
Located at the foot of the "Soonwald"; in ca. 30 minutes you can reach the Moselle (Beilstein, lovely littel medivial twn), the Rhine (pittoresk Bacherach), the River Nahe Wine Region with pittoresk villages and excellent wines.
From this ideal starting point, you can plan beautiful sightseeing tours, e.g. to Idar-Oberstein, Trier, Koblenz, Main which you can reach in more or less than one hour.
Getting there
Expressway A61, exit Rheinböllen, motorway B50 in the direction of Frankfurt-Hahn-Airport, exit Gemünden, before Simmern.
In the village of Gemünden, at the pharmacy turn into "Panweiler Street", please go straight uphill, turn right into the last street before the end of the village called "Im Bangert", house No. 4 on the right side with a blue garage gate.

Es hat uns so gut gefallen, dass wir auf jeden Fall wiederkommen wollen. Leider ließ nur das Wetter zu wünschen übrig, aber dafür kann man die Tage auch bei Regenwetter bestens in der Ferienwohnung verbringen.
