The charming villa has been recently renovated and is furnished with great attention to detail. It is the ideal place for those looking for a relaxing, exclusive holiday with family or friends.
The holiday home has two floors and offers 400 m² of space for a maximum of 20 (17+3) people, who are accommodated in 7 spacious bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms.
On the ground floor is the large kitchen, which is particularly well equipped with an oven column (plus microwave) and double-door fridge. In addition to the usual kitchen unit, there is also a modern kitchen island with additional sink and hob and a separate pantry.
From the kitchen you enter the very spacious dining room with a large table and comfortable seating and a fireplace. From here you have a wonderful view of the outdoor loggia and the Mediterranean garden.
Adjacent to this is the living room, which is furnished with cosy sofas and a television. There is an old well here, which has been carefully restored and secured.
There are also two double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms on the ground floor, one of which has disabled access.
A further five bedrooms can be found on the first floor, all of which have their own bathroom with shower.
The room layout is as follows:
two double rooms, a double room with bunk beds, a triple room with an additional bed in the attic, a triple room with a French bed (1.20 m wide) and a single bed).
A laundry room on the first floor and a guest WC on the ground floor are also available to guests.
Outside
In front of the house there is a shaded loggia with tables for outdoor dining overlooking the well-kept park. Here you will also find the completely restored wood-burning oven and a large barbecue.
Just a few steps away from the villa, guests can relax in the elegant pool area (5x10m; 1.30m deep) with outdoor shower. A comfortable staircase leads into the water, and sun loungers and parasols invite you to relax.
There are various play equipment for younger guests, such as swings, a hammock, trampoline, table tennis, table football and a volleyball court.
The property has a wonderful vegetable garden where guests can help themselves to the organic vegetables.
The villa is accessed through two gates and there is plenty of private parking for 7 to 10 vehicles.
