The Annex can be used only during the high season (between mid-june till mid-september). It's a charming little house, with a large bedroom (double bed 160×200), the shower room, a small fridge and its separated wc, and another double bedroom (2 single beds 90 x200). 2 terraces.
Carefull : from the annex, direct accès to the pool area.

- If more than one month before the start of the tenancy, the tenant loses the deposit paid,
- If less than one month before the start of the tenancy, the tenant loses the entire deposit.
End of stay cleaning is compulsory, a mid-stay cleaning can be provide with an extra charge.
The house linen is optional : 18€/person (bath & hand towels, bedlinen), Pool towel (+5€)
