Cancellation policy
It can always happen that a trip has to be canceled. For your own safety, we therefore recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance for vacation home rentals. You can find offers for this on the usual insurance comparison portals.
Unfortunately, we have to charge the following cancellation costs:
- 49 days before the start of the rental period: 10 % of the rental price
-35 days before the start of the rental period: 30 % of the rental price
- 21 days before the start of the rental period: 60% of the rental price
-14 days before the start of the rental period: 90 % of the rental price.
Nevertheless, the landlord shall endeavor to rent the rental property to other parties.

Ein sehr schönes und liebevolles eingerichtetes Ferien mit allem was man für einen Urlaub benötigt. Küche sehr hochwertig und sehr gut ausgestattet. Bäder im beiden Etagen sehr hochwertig gestaltet. Wohn- und Essbereich sind sehr bequem. Wir hatten jeden Abend den Kamin an, da es draußen am Abend schon etwas frischer war. Dadurch bekam das Haus noch einmal etwas besonderes. Durch die eingebaute Sauna bekam der Urlaub und die Abende einen besonderen Reiz. Wir würden das Ferienhaus auf jeden fall weiter empfehlen. Wir werden bestimmt wiederkommen.
