On the ground floor of the house is the living area with fireplace, kitchen with dining table with exit to the covered terrace and garden with pool, as well as a toilet. On the first floor, the house offers a bedroom with a double bed and its own bathroom with shower/tub, covered balcony with a fantastic view of the sea and the Istrian landscape. 2 additional bedrooms share the bathroom with shower/toilet in the hallway. One of them with a double bed and one with 2 bunk beds. The garden features a 37m2 swimming pool, shaded pergola with the traditional built-in grill, as well as the covered terraces.

Villa Casa Orah is a wonderfully restored stone house situated on its own 700 sqm fenced property in the village of Vosteni near Sv. Lovrec. In Sv. Lovrec, there is a shop, pizzeria, and ATM, and in Porec, 15 km away, the nearest beach and various sports and cultural offerings can be found. Thanks to the fenced property, guests' privacy is ensured. Two parking spaces are available. The owner does not live on the property.

If the TENANT cancels or terminates the reservation, the following cancellation fees will be charged:
For cancellations up to 42 days before arrival: full refund.
For cancellations from 41 days to 28 days before arrival: 30% of the total reservation amount will be charged.
For cancellations from 27 days to 8 days before arrival: 70% of the total reservation amount will be charged.
For cancellations from 7 days to 1 day before arrival: 80% of the total reservation amount will be charged.
For cancellations on the arrival day or NO SHOW: 100% of the total reservation amount will be charged.
The date on which the notice of cancellation is received is considered the date of cancellation (in case of Sundays or public holidays, the next working day applies). In case of no-show or an unannounced delay, ISTRALINE retains the total amount of the reservation.
