Cancellation of reservation made up to 40 and more days before arrival: 100% of the advance payment returned
Cancellations made between 39 and 29 days prior to arrival: 50% of the total amount of the reservation is charged
Cancellation of the reservation made between 28 and at least 1 day before arrival: 90% of the total amount of the reservation is charged
Cancellation on the day of arrival or no show: 100% of the total amount of the reservation is charged
When canceling your reservation, we inform you that you must bear banking and reservation costs in the amount of 100 euros.

Holiday destination
Svetvinčenat, Savičenta, San Vincenti, three names for the same place, deriving from the name of its patron, Hispanic martyr Saint Vincent and the abbey holding the same name around which the town has developed. The renaissance town of Svetvinčenat, one of the pearls of Istria, which has become a tourism hot spot due mainly to the many events taking place in the attractive historical corners of our town. Each years, this special little town is home to many visitors attracted by its rich tradition and its interesting and diverse events.
Getting there
On arrival day the owner will awaiting you in the house to give you the keys and tips for your vacation. We will inform you a 7 days before your arrival about the arrival. Have a nice and safety journey to Istria.
