The Adler House is located on a quiet side street in Naturno, the alpine-Mediterranean wellness resort near Merano. This sunny location offers diverse dining options, shops, and leisure activities. Naturno is an excellent starting point for hikes or mountain bike tours in the Texel Group. The Mediterranean, urban flair of Merano is about 20 minutes away by car or train, and it's a 30-minute drive to the Schnalstal glacier ski area.

Wirklich topmoderne, hervorragende Wohnung mit 3 Balkonen in einer sehr ruhigen Wohnanlage. Zu allen Seiten ein tolles Bergpanorama. Das Zentrum ist in wenigen Gehminuten erreichbar, dennoch ist die Lage sehr ruhig und angenehm. Die Wohnung selbst ist mit allem bestens ausgestattet und auch bei hohen Temperaturen über 30 Grad erfrischend kühl. Für uns als Familie war die Waschmaschine und die 2 Bäder mit Dusche wichtig. Auch der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war sehr angenehm und unkompliziert. Kommen wir wieder in die Region, dann nur in diese Wohnung.

Wir haben eine Traumferienwohnung gesucht und sie auch gefunden: Tolle Lage nahe dem Zentrum von Naturns in einer ruhigen Nebenstraße, fußläufig schnell zu erreichende Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Gastronomie, Seilbahnstation in der Nähe. Eine helle, gut geschnittene, großzügige Wohnung mit mehreren Balkonen, auf denen man auch einen Abend angenehm verbringen kann. Trotz zum Teil extremer sommerlicher Hitze blieb die Wohnung angenehm kühl und die Tiefgarage sorgte dafür, dass wir jederzeit ein gut temperiertes Auto vorgefunden haben. Alles ist modern ausgestattet und digital gut vernetzt, trotzdem auch für Nicht-Profis gut verständlich angelegt. Die gesamte Vertragsabwicklung war völlig unkompliziert. Eine wirklich gute Empfehlung, dank an den Vermieter, wir wären gerne noch ein paar Tage länger geblieben.
