A covered forecourt takes you to your mint holiday home with its chic furnishings. In addition to the central living room, in which the kitchen with fridge, dishwasher, stove and sink and sink is located on the upper floor of an elegant gallery room with a lawn (140 x 200 ), TV and a seating group.
The gallery and living room each have a bright wooden beamed ceiling. On the lower floor there is the spacious, double bedroom (160 x 200), shower / WC and a cupboard room with ample storage space

Wir waren mit vier Personen zum dritten Mal in dieser Ferienwohnung. Wie die letzten Jahre hat es uns auch dieses Mal sehr gut gefallen und man merkt, dass den Vermieter der Standard der Wohnung wichtig ist. So wurde der alte Esstisch mit Stühle durch einen schönere aus Holz ersetzt und die Ausstattung der Küche verbessert. Der schöne Blick über den Gardasee ist natürlich unverändert. Auch im dritten Jahr haben wir immer noch Neues in der Umgebung von Tremosine zu entdecken und wir werden sicher wieder kommen.
Wir können die Wohnung jedem weiterempfehlen!

Unsere acht Tage in der Casa Giulia haben praktisch keine Wünsche offen gelassen - vom Frühstück auf dem Balkon mit eindrucksvollem Gardasee-Panorama bis zum Wandern in der Umgebung. Besonders angenehm: die durchdachte Einrichtung des Ferienhauses mit vielen sinnvollen Details, die längst nicht überall selbstverständlich sind (mehrere Kaffeemaschinen für verschiedene Vorlieben, elektrische Rollläden zum Verdunkeln im Schlafzimmer, Insektengitter an Balkon- und Terrassentür). Zu überlegen wäre allenfalls, eine bequeme Sitzgelegenheit (kleine Couch oder Sessel) im Schlafzimmer zu ergänzen. Aber das ist Geschmackssache. Hervorzuheben ist darüber hinaus der ausgesprochen nette und unkomplizierte Kontakt zu Frau Häuser, die jede Frage umgehend beantwortete.
