Cancellation policy
Normal Booking conditions:
1. 25% of rent must pay when booking in1-7 days ( i send invoice)
2. 75% of rent must pay 6 weeks before coming (or earlier if there is not much time)
3. finalcleaning(+linens/towels) can pay by cash when arrive to cottage.
4. If client must make cancellation , the client will forfeit
reserve-payment(25%).
-If client must make cancellation less than 21 days before the
start of stay, client will forfeit hole sum of rent.
-However if after cancellation i get new clients for same period
and get as much money from them, i will return yours money without 150
euros cancellation-fee.
-If i get less money , the client get also less money back.
-So if client must make cancellation, its good for all us to know
about it as soon as possible.
5. Please note, that the rent is notified on the invoice number
of persons !!! - if there are more people coming, client must keep
it to agree with the owner before anybody others comes to cottage !

Around cottage there is forest and countryside. Lake is small but even 25 meters deep.
You can fish (many kind of fish) with free rowboat. Cottage located is lakes highest - so at this cottage is lakes best view/panorama.
Nearest town named " Porvoo" is nice little town to visit .

We had the pleasure to make again after 9 years very nice holidays. This time we were with our grand daughter and her parents . The cottage is well located and at relatively short distance from Helsinki airport. It is cosy with a large terrasse above a small lake where we swimed every day in a clean and warm water. We enjoyed as well rowing.
We appreciated the friendly welcome of the owner.
We do hope to be in position to come back again.

The great log-cabin has a wonderful down to earth-feeling to it and offers everything promissed and more! The view is spectacular, the peacefullness and quiet soothing, the whole place is very inviting and it was great to meet the owner and have so many questions answered. A most recommendable place to relax and explore!
