Cancellation policy
If you do cancel you will have to pay cancellation charges. The amount you pay depends on the date we have been informed of the cancellation in writing. The following cancellation charges apply: If you wish to cancel your booking always the 30% of total cost is not refundable. Within 30 days prior to arrival date amount is not refundable.
Lovely Istria recommends buying the Trip cancellation insurance in cooperation with Uniqa d.d. insurance during the rent reservation. In case of booking cancellation, the guest claims the reimbursement of the funds in accordance with the terms of Uniqa d.d. insurance policies, directly from the insurance company.
Lovely Istria will provide all of the necessary documentation upon the insurance company's request for the needs of processing of the claim for the damage compensation.

Holiday destination
The coastal place in the Ližnjan Community with less than a thousand inhabitants is situated near two important Istrian tourist centers – Pula and Medulin. It's 7 kilometers away from the Pula Airport and 2 kilometres away from the seaside and (mostly rocky) beaches. This settlement exists all the way from antiquity, and this fact is supported by the archeological findings. From the hilltops around Šišan there is a pretty view of the sea and Kvarner islands. The place is surrounded by forests that contribute to the overall ambiance and enjoying the indigenous nature.
