Bright and airy with large French windows, this deluxe apartment has been fully renovated recently with every modern amenity. The luxury apartment has wood floors throughout and consists of 2 double bedrooms and 2 marble bathrooms with rain showers. Each bedroom has one American Queen size bed suitable for 2 people. One of the bedrooms has an ENSUITE bathroom. Both bedrooms open out to a long balcony with views of the Opera House. The balcony is also accessible from the open plan kitchen with a dining table for 4, a living room with a sofa bed and HD TV. Ideal for two couples (no children or infants please) for a short or medium term rental. This elegant apartment facing the new Opera house, is fully sound-proof and is the perfect choice for a wonderful experience in Florence.
In this apartment you will find a clothes washer & dryer, hairdryer, oven, fridge, toaster, microwave, espresso coffee maker and gas cooker and all necessary kitchenware. Linens and towels are provided. Please treat everything as if it were in your own home and clean up after yourself.
Air conditioning & Heating is at your disposal. When you are not in the apartment, please turn off all the lights, heating and air conditioning.
Cleaning is included for each rental up to 7 nights. If you are going to stay longer than 7 nights then there will be a 50 Euro charge in cash, payable upon arrival, for every extra 7 nights stay or part thereof. This fee includes cleaning and change of linens and towels.

From airport take the Tramvia T2 and change at main train station Santa Maria Novella by simply crossing the tramline to the other side. The apartment is one stop away on this Tramvia T1. Or you can walk from the station it is less than 1 km away. If you are driving we can pre arrange the parking garage 100m from the apartment at a special rate of Euro 25 per day unlimited in & out.
