Reservations can be cancelled without a cancellation fee up to 30 days before the arrival date. Only the deposit will be retained. In the event of cancellations by the guest within the period from the 30th day before the agreed arrival date to the arrival date itself, the guest is obliged to pay the following cancellation fees: Cancellation up to 8 days before the arrival date: 70% of the agreed total price Cancellation less than 8 days before the arrival date: 80% of the agreed total price In case of a no-show or early departure by the guest, the fee for the entire booking period is due in full. The holiday apartment is situated in a quiet, sunny position on the outskirts of Rabland. The spa town of Meran is 7 km away. We are located right on the cycle path. The stops for public transport are 300 m away. Various hikes can be started directly from the accommodation.

Getting there

Arrival by car We can be reached quickly and comfortably via the Brenner Pass or the Fern Pass. Arrival by train Get on, lean back, and enjoy the scenery. South Tyrol is well connected by the trains of the Austrian Federal Railways, the Swiss Federal Railways, and the German Railways.
