Cancellation policy
Reservations can be cancelled without a cancellation fee up to 30 days before the arrival date. Only the deposit will be retained.
In the event of cancellations by the guest within the period from the 30th day before the agreed arrival date to the arrival date itself, the guest is obliged to pay the following cancellation fees:
Cancellation up to 8 days before the arrival date: 70% of the agreed total price
Cancellation less than 8 days before the arrival date: 80% of the agreed total price
In case of a no-show or early departure by the guest, the fee for the entire booking period is due in full.
